Now here’s the question. Which core should we focus on to relieve the back pain and strength erector spinae muscles which extends the vertebral column?
In general, we have to work on whole abs, however, right and left lower quadrant is the one actually help erector(extensor) spinae to hold the back.
Strong abs comes along with proper exercise and breathing technic that we talked about before.
